一份合格的英文简历要具备哪些要素?
英文简历,是应聘外企或语言类专业毕业生求职中最重要的参考要素。通过简历制作,用人单位能对求职者第二语言的掌握程度有一个初步的了解,这一环节的好坏,直接影响着接下来的面试。所以,在写作英文简历的时候,一定不能掉以轻心,该有的几个基本要素必须要写全。
一份合格的英文简历应该包含以下要素:
1、基本情况:姓名,性别,出生日期,婚姻状况,联系方式等。这一部分不要写的太多,简要的将重点内容一笔带过即可。
2、获奖状况/受教育经历:获奖状况属于可有可无的范畴。而在此板块中,求职者可突出能展现你外语能力的相关证书。像是大学四六级考试成绩、托福雅思成绩、英语竞赛获奖情况等等。而受教育情况,可以单独拉出一个版块,也可以将其合并到开头的基本情况介绍中。简单的将毕业院校、所学专业、学历等罗列出来即可。
3、工作经验(实习经历):工作时间、企业名称、所在岗位、工作内容等。需要注意的是,此板块中求职者应着重突出你所任每个职位的工作内容和工作性质。这样好让用人单位有一个参考,让他们一眼就能知道你从事过相关方面的工作且能很好胜任工作内容。
4、自我评价:在这一部分的写作中不要过于含蓄。大胆的将自己的优点秀出来,并适当的加以美化。当然你应该简明扼要地说明你最大的优势是什么,比如“5年出色的销售经验,业绩过千万”等等,而避免再使用一些空洞、老套的话。
5、附件:求职信、推荐信、简历复印件等。在附件中如果可以的话,请找学长或是老师帮忙,让他们帮你写一封推荐信,这样会更有说服力,无形之中能为你的简历加上不少印象分。
